Braves 2B Kent Rooklin is the VBL Hitter of the Day. Rooklin was 4-for-4 with two stolen bases in Saturday's opening night 8-7 win over Waynesboro.
For the second straight day, the Braves have the VBL Hitter of the Day. Marshall Awtry (Goldey Beacom) earned the honor for Sunday after hitting a pair of homers and driving in five run in the Braves 11-7 win over Front Royal in Game 2 of a doubleheader.
